I was also able to finish the second regatta in Australia in 3rd place with very different challenging conditions (wind & current) and a strong field.
Now comes a short Christmas break (unfortunately without snow). The second training block in winter training Australia has thus been successfully completed.

Anja went straight from the slowest boat to the fastest. The Junior World Champion and European Champion (ILCA 4) was preparing for her Olympic campaign with a Laser ILCA, and her coach convinced her to apply for the Alinghi Red Bull Racing selection process.
Her teammates call the 21-year-old from Spiez "the stubborn one." She is also "super structured and disciplined." "We have really long and intense days here," says Nathalie Brugger, "and Anja also does her gym program." And for good reason: in four years she wants to take part in the Olympic Games. Anja herself sees the attribute "stubborn" as a compliment: "It gets you further."

Elite Worlds ILCA 6 in Mar del Plata (ARG)
The goal was to show a clean regatta. In a week with difficult conditions, in addition to the mistakes, I also let my emotions get too close to me. The unpleasant reality is that I haven't managed to implement my processes and routines as desired. Dissatisfied but with valuable experience and another top 30 result, I returned from Argentina to wintry Switzerland.

I feel honored that after a multi-stage selection process, I has been confirmed in mid-October in Barcelona as a team member for the Youth & Women's America's Cup 2024 and I'm really looking forward to this challenge.

Alinghi Red Bull Racing (First Selection Camp Youth & Womens America's Cup)
First experiences with foils - and immediately on the 69F with Alinghi Red Bull Racing. During three days I was able to show my abilities and my potential together with other young sailors and to sign up for the Team Youth & Womens team from Alinghi Red Bull Racing.
Even though I have less experience on this type of boat, I was able to qualify for the second selection camp in Barcelona. Next to the Olympics, the America's Cup is one of my biggest dreams. I am looking forward to the upcoming challenges.

Project Bol 'Or Mirabaud: Launch of Season 3 of the Sailing Squad
Together with Eilidh McIntyre (Olympic 470 Champion) and Silvia Mas, World 470 Champion I am part of "the Sailing Squad 2023". It remains to be seen whether I can effectively sail the Bol d'Or Regatta on June 9 on the boat with Christian Wahl, multiple winner and defending champion. The preparation camp in Verbier and on Lake Geneva was an interesting and great experience. The whole project is accompanied by a film crew.

Winter training in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Perth)
I was able to train for two months in Australia under ideal conditions, together with my colleague Maud Jayet and other top sailors.
We also took part in two big regattas:
Australian Championship ILCA 6:2nd place girls under 21 and 12th place overall (of 83 participants)
Sail Melbourne ILCA 6:7th place overall (of 42 participants)
From 13-20 February I had the chance to be part of the Swiss team of the SailGP in Sydney as Inspire.

Senior World Championship 9.-16. October Kemah, Texas, USA
I was able to gain important experience at the first Senior World Championships in Texas. It was a success for me to start for the finals in the Goldfleet.

The fact that my training colleague Maud Jayet sensationally won the Vice World Champion title for Switzerland at the same time was a big highlight. Congratulations Maud, I am proud and grateful to be able to train with you and Mikael Lundh as a team.
